So I made the half year top 5 submissions of the year so far, its really cool to be a part of this again after making it last year for my submission over Jorge Gurgel. Im glad people are appreciating the work that im doing. thanks again to everyone for their support and hopefully i can reel off a couple more this year starting with UFC 103 sept 19th. heres the article : http://www.ufc.com/index.cfm?fa=news.detail&gid=21243
5 – (Tie) UFC Fight Night – April 1 - Cole Miller Wsub1 Junie Browning
Cole Miller takes pride in his jiu-jitsu game – so much so that when Junie Browning made disparaging comments about it in the lead up to their April 1st bout in Tennessee, Miller was determined to teach the Ultimate Fighter season eight alum a lesson when the bell rang. And he did, forcing Browning to tap out to a guillotine choke less than two minutes into the bout. The lesson here? Don’t talk smack to a guy who can choke you.

My brother Micah won his bout this past weekend in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania at the UCFC rumble on the rivers. He had a very entertaining fight with JC Pennington, as the Co main event, winning by Rear Naked Choke in the 2nd round. He also earned the Fighter of the Night award. Way to go Micah! He's doing good thus far in his summer run winning his fight last month and this month and his next fight is the SHINE event on August 1st down in Miami, Florida.

Weigh ins went successful with everyone making weight. Paul Kelly and Roli Delgado briefly got into it along with a couple of other preliminary fights. It was cool to see who the Europeans were rooting for and even though theyre across the pond they are rooting for the old school pride guys as well with the biggest ovations for walkouts going to Wanderlei Silva and Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic.

Today was pretty cool, me and combat lifestyle photographer, Tracy Lee, got to go out and see some of the sites in Germany. I was able to see a moon exhibit called Der Mond. Very cool stuff. Also got to check out the inside of the cathedral as well. A little bit of training got done as well, as i was able to hold pads for todd, and got to see the master of muay thai himself, Mark Delogratti , hold pads for Marcus Davis in his upcoming bout against Dan Hardy on the card. Marcus looked spectacular and has alot of tools to take this one. On a side note, i got Wanderlei Silva's autograph....im an excited giddy fan boy

I was also able to hold pads for Todd Duffy in case he got the call to fight on the card. Here you can see Ben beating me up as if i was Swick. lol.
